To Make:

Grill pineapple (or anything, really, from pork to tofu to eggplant). Make a sauce of half-cup peanut butter, a tablespoon (or more) soy sauce, a dash (or more) sriracha chili sauce, a handful of basil or mint and enough warm water to thin.

Adelaide stretches. She sweeps her arms up, arches her back and closes her eyes. Then what? Nothing. She blinks and stares at the monitor, waiting for time to pass. Waiting for an idea. Waiting for a bathroom break. Waiting for anything.

She works near important people who do astounding things. This proximity to greatness hasn't rubbed off on her yet. She walks through the halls of her office trying to absorb the atmosphere of brilliance. Then Adelaide wanders back to her desk and tries to focus on her actual job.

She sifts through the accumulated paper on her desk and wonders when she became such a slob.
